JPKL Constructions (Pvt) Ltd is an evolving organization with an objective of altering ethos and aesthetics of real estate. The group has evolved from the ever beautiful Singapore with a primary focus to build multi-use developments with a unique approach to engineering, planning, and design. JPKL Engineering & Developers (Pvt) Ltd is an associate company of JPKL Constructions (Pvt) Ltd.
The Mastermind behind JPKL is Mr. K. Kiritharan, an Engineer by profession, who has many long years serving on the Director Board and Responsible Positions of many prestigious Construction and Development companies in Sri Lanka and Singapore.
The Pioneer of this new era was our completed project at 2B, Siripala Road, Mount Lavinia. Our second project at No-08 Siripala Road, Mount Lavinia is near in completion. Our third project at No-59, Moor Road, Wellawatte is ongoing and expected to be completed by December 2018. Preparation works are started for our fourth project No-05, Athula Place, Colombo-05. No-09 & 11. De Alwis Avenue will be our fifth project. We have planned to start No-05, Mallika Mawatha, Mount Lavinia as our sixth project. We have many repeat customers who bought our apartments in our projects. This shows the customer confidence in the quality of our projects.
