The company was initially formed in 2011 and it was first known as Ranma Construction and Engineering (PVT) Ltd. At the beginning company operation was fully focused on road construction projects of North Central province under PRDA and RDA authorities. Mainly Company was operating 2 metal crusher plants owned by the company in Madawachchiya and Kabithigollawa supplying aggregate for A9/A12 roads projects and PRDA projects. Then the company moved on to the civil construction in 2014 with the guidance of Industry well know and a pioneer Charted civil engineer Mr. Mohan Rathnayake appointed as the Chief Civil engineer. Then the company gradually moved on to civil construction such as high-rise building, commercial building, Hotels, Luxury Villas, And Homes. In addition, N B Construction joined hands with well experienced and professional consultancy firms and individual consultants who have the capacity of taking care of any size of projects consultancy.

Today N B Construction is an ICTAD C4 registered company and takes on the role of main contractor for any scale project and performs project management services to coordinates specialist trades for industrial/commercial projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-added services to our clients. Our objective is to provide our clients with an “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow through procedures ensures that client’s objectives are top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes.
